I know the Norc double stack 9mm has been converted to .40 using a new barrel and slide, other minor parts and a CZ-75 IPSC magazine.

what other Chinese State Arsenals are there....it must be a norc.....RK has tried to even have a special run of 1911"s made....but they shrugged him off...market share is too small for a custom run....especially when they are running 24/7 filling orders for third world countries civil wars.....you think $325 is cheap at MARSTAR....some places get almost 20 guns for that price

I'm under the impression that Chinese State Arsenals is a different company from China North Industries Corporation (NORINCO). I believe NORINCO is more of an export company than a manufacturer.

No they are not worked over before they are sold and they will need a triggeer job.
Fit and finish is good, looks pretty decent overall.I would be interested in a range report also.
