Dating Cooey model 82

Picked a nice Cooey model 82 last week and I'm trying to find out the date of manufacture, serial number B3312. I'm sure there has to be some Cooey experts here that can help. Thanks.

No way to date the year of production that I know of. The serial number on it will be from the military or some other organization, not from Cooey.

I don't know of a way either, as they came without numbers from Cooey
