Anyone here ever use a Davies trigger? I am debating on ordering one for my Musgrave.

What are your opinions? I am looking at the fclass 2 stage.

Thanks

Only problem I have seen with them is that the housing is brass and very soft, softer than alu. I also ordered one and it turned into a screw-up and did not fit properly. I would suggest a CG if they have one to fit and then the RPA.

I am waiting for a return email from RPA if they have a trigger that will work on the Musgrave.

They did have one to fit a Musgrave because I have one on mine. Lots of Musgrave rifles still in use in the UK so I can't see why they would discontinue making them. You might want to check with Paul Rieben at Range Sports Unlimited in Kamloops to see if he has one in stock.

Maynard: is your RPA trigger on your Musgrave a single stage or 2 stage and how light does it go on pull weight? Also how do you like it?

Thanks

It is set up as a 2 stage at around 2.5 lbs for TR Class. It is on par with my original HHE CG trigger on my Millennium action. I am not sure how light it would go. I am sure there are some shooters using RPA Quadlocks with RPA triggers set really light for F Class.
