It's just a straight replacement.
Unfortunately, Neither the IPSC Legal Dawson or the Dawson ICE is sold without a mainspring housing so you have to buy the whole thing.
In my case, I swap between the ICE and the IPSC legal when I travel back and forth across the US-Canada Border - so it works for me...
Just want to say thanks to the guys at freedom ventures. Very fast shipping and I swapped it out with no issues. Looks great! Thanks
