Seeing as Dawson Precision won't ship to Canada, and Shooters International doesn't carry the 1911 single stack style, anyone off chance know of a supplier that can get the grip tape, numbered mag base applications up here?
 
Best bet is to contact Dawson and ask them if they have a stocking dealer in Canada.

Next best would be visit your local skateboard shop and ask to buy their scraps for $5. You'll have enough tape for a year or 3 and they seem pretty easy to make.

I have oodles of skateboard tape.......was looking for the actual precut and numbered style. But you have a point, I may try to stencil out some of my own as DP's Canadian vendors don't have any anyway.
