Day of gopher shooting with a young'n

Took my 9 year old cousin out to blast some sod rats yesterday

got really lucky the rain broke and the gophers started to move around really good....loads of young ones coming up now too

Had about 30-40 kills in the 5 hours we spent in the field

tons of fun to take a kid out shooting...i was mostly just spotting them for him and enjoying the view in the binos

he knows his way around my .17 HMR thats for sure

Good work, steered another youth into our sport and had a blast while doing so, doesn't get much better than that.

Love the AR-180B-2 as a gopher gun, if I had the money I would love to add one to the varmint arsenal.

not sure which you are refering too??

but in the last pic the .17HMR is on the left..... .223 on the right and the AR180B is out front and center

if thats the one you mean its chambered in .223 rem
