DCRA enfield value and ID confirmation

I know where a nice DCRA is , can people in the know tell me what it should be worth and anything to check for ? It has a conversion # on it and looks to be in really good shape but the price seems high $1500 ?
What should a guy confirm before buying ?

Ensure has correct "maple leaf" leaf mark, DCRA serial number on bolt and receiver and 7.62 stamp on end of barrel. IMHO $1500 is at the very top of the price range and $1100-$1200 more realistic but difficult to say without seeing it

This is good information.

Most are single shot, but some were modified into repeating bolt actions.
