From what i remember they have always required it, perhaps ask for a no fee return due to the misunderstanding.

Good morning,

You will no longer be required to upload a copy of your PAL, given that this seems to be such an issue for you we have decided to void your transaction and refunded your credit card.

Please see attached image from the Government of Canada which clearly states we are required by law to verify your PAL and the picture on it. That is why there is also an additional field for you to upload your drivers license.

In closing, please understand we ask for this information because it is required by law and we have to feel comfortable in selling you a firearm.

Hello, Carolyn contacted me regarding my RESTRICTED firearm purchase, via email stating "....front copy of your PAL to your account along with a front copy of your driver’s license. Due to the new regulations in the Firearms Act, PAL photo verification is mandatory. She wrote that my order will not be processed without the photos. She is not responding to my emails and her phone line goes unanswered. Can you please explain that she does not require these photos for RESTRICTED purchases and tell her to process my order please.
