That was the Rhineland Arms kit and they are no longer producing them.I believe there is a kit made to convert an enfield to .45 acp. Saw something to that effect on the Surplusrifle site. Pretty neat plinker but thats about it.
Using .45ACP as a deer rifle cartridge is pushing it a LOT (unless you are hunting muntjac which are around the size of a Labrador retriever.)![]()
I wonder what the muzzle velocity and energy would be from .45acp coming from an 18 1/2" barrel contained within the faux silencer body? Maybe loaded with slower burning powder than usual?
