Deactivated WWII Thompson M1A1 -unissued condition

you cannot import dewat guns as dewats.

they must be imported as live, for a proscribed purpose.

notice the markings, on the boxes, they are not from Germany. There are warehouses full of this type of stuff in the East.

... and the proscribed purpose for importing can't be for dewatting. So there you go.

Stupid rules. One of the main reasons I've picked up dewat collecting lately. Prices can only go up here.

I have no problem with people dewatting their firearms, but I'm pretty sure 99/100 people would rather have a live full auto M1A1 than a dewatt.

Brings a tear to my eye when I see such a piece of art get emasculated.

Beats the alternative for most of these full autos. Better dewat then chopped and mixed in with the next load on its was to the smelter

id rather go get the paper work done and a business set up for movie props then pay $1000+ for a dewat for them id pay less then marstars asking price for a full auto

Is this stuff already in the country?

I had the chance to handle a real live full auto 1927 with the pistol grip and 50 round drum. Back in '92. Even had the violin case. Never had the cahnce to shoot it. They are heavy for the size.

Eastern world, not Eastern Canada.
