Wild West has these holsters on for $70, picked up one for my M9A1 compact which is not listed as a model it fits due to the square trigger guard, but with minor filing to accommodate the square trigger guard and it fits great, very happy with it. By the way it does not fit a Girsan trigger guard ( must be slightly different than a standard Beretta trigger guard) I'm sure it could be as easily modified though.
