Hi all.
I was wonder if this was a good deal and worth running over there to pick up?

CCI BLAZER AMMUNITION .22 BRICK OF 500 for $21.99
I was told not so long ago that for a .22 buying brick of 500 are normally around $20.00?? The last time I pick up some .22 was at LaBaron 2years ago and I can't remember what I paid.
 
It's an OK deal. Thats cheaper than usual depending where you shop. I can buy it regularly for $25 a brick iirc. It's a good price for blazer... Yeah, deal. If it shoots good in your gun I'd grab a few bricks if the drive isn't too far.
 
Thanks for the speedy reply.... so really no amazing deal there, just ok.... These guys were never good on prices at any given day, and I have always found the staff there rude so I'm not really going to run down there, but if I'm in the area I may poke my head in the door.
 
I double checked and WSS (my gold standard for low price comparison checking) sells then for $29 a brick! I guess it really depends on what you usually pay how good the deal is.
 
I bought 525 blazer bulk pack for 28.95 last week I think 21.99 would be a good deal. I bought a case of 5000 american eagle 40 grain for 24.00 a brick. ( 10% discount for buying a case)

I can't believe the price difference in ammo. talked to a local store, I am looking for 5000 rnds American eagle 40gr, retails at around $22, he said if I buy a case he will sell it to me for $18 a brick.
 
I know, the last time I was at bass pro i looked at some boxes of win 555, they wanted iirc, 27.99, I have been buying it at wal mart for $20
