Hello I need recommendations for an all in one Dealer/smith for Ruger revolvers. I live in Nunavut, and want to call a dealer to purchase a Super Black Hawk or Red Hawk, and have some customization done. I need the barrel shortened a bit, and need the grips slimmed down. Because I live so far away, and I need the gun for fieldwork this summer, I'd like to do the buying and smithing all in the same shop. Thanks Guys!

bitsofpiecesdotcom has shortened several revolvers for me but is not a dealer.
I don;t know when your field season starts, but I will be surprised if any of them can shorten a barrel in less than 10-12 weeks. If you haven;t had much custom pistol work done before, you will be a little shocked at the wait times you will get quoted.
ellwood epps has a 4-5/8" 44 mag blackhawk for $469 or so, which would be close to what you want in size, and you could take a rasp to the grips, they are fairly cheap (~$35) if you mess them up first go around.
