Something new for ~Angel~'s collection .... :)

1933 No.4 Mk1(T) Sniper "Trials Rifle"
c/w with matched No.32 Mk1 scope by William Watson & Sons

This is one of original trials rifles upgraded and converted to sniper configuration by RSAF Enfield. They only did 1,403 of these before Holland and Holland (S51) began producing the standard No.4(T)'s, based upon regular No.4 Mk1 production standards.

Well, after that post I can't really compete, but I'll try at least:

Ross M10, full barrel, sporter stock added along with redfield peep sight, mounted where the sight bridge was cut. Great bore and good bluing, the front sight is actually intact, the lengthened hood is actually a piece of painted copper pipe:rolleyes:

My main comment is, I love this rifle!!! Second comment, Geez it's long!!! I'm 6ft and it comes a good way up my chest. For a size comparison, it's several inches longer than my mosin nagant 91/30.

Sorry for the bad pic, I'll put a better one up later.

Speaking of long rifles... here is my new 1907 Oberndorf Gewehr 98. It is a bolt mismatch but it has the original, untouched lumber. I had to take the shelf out of my safe to get it in!

West Wall

Original West Wall Medal This should be all for German WWII Campaign medals for me. I don't want to divert to much funds away from Milsurps.

Whally nice rifle, weren't you just trying to sell or trade a Ross for anything that shoots a bullet. Why did you decide to get this one?

The last one had a shortened barrel (I didn't know anything about rosses when I got it). I was looking for something that I could return to *near* original looks, but still be ok with taking out into the woods. As this one has had the sight bridge cut, it's not original, but still looks decent. Now I need to find wood and metal for it...

From Santa to me a 1871/84 Mauser with a very nice bore and a 1870/87/15 Vetterli-Vitali that is puzzling, it has the Vitali magazine but is 6.5 caliber with the correct 6.5 rear sight.

Three hos and a bottle of rum, you know ho ho ho....:)

Latest for December

Ok, actually purchased this in November but it just arrived this month. Now it did not come with a magazine, but I found one in the states which should arrive in a couple weeks. The firing pin was bent so that is at the gun smiths for repair. The hand grips are brown original bakelight or plastic? not shown because I want you to tell me what this little beauty is...

Next, one original K98 bayonet with original leather frog and scabbard was not enough. So I paired them up.
