He should be able to. I know some of the boys in the states bought the Marstar stock. Duke nukem did a reveiw of it on this forum.
 
Hey I got a buddy in the states whos said he would ship me the Troy MCS stock if I wanted one. Question is would it be smart to just get him to send me the Chassis because I know there are isssues with the US state department and the Collapsing stocks. I don't think there would be any issues with just the chassis. What do you guys think? Then I could just buy a collapsible stock here in Canada to match it.
 
He can ship it to you but if it gets intercepted at the border then your buddy will be in hot water for breaking US export laws. These cannot be sent out of the US without Export permits period. If you do try then you take your chances and hope that nobody gets burnt.
