Deciding between SIG220(9mm) and CZ SP01

Correct me if i'm wrong, 220 in 9mm are special editions, right? Will it be hard to find 9mm mags and parts for it down the line because its actually chambered for .45ACP?
P220 was chambered for .30luger,9x19, 38 super, and .45acp originally. Only the .45 version was ever produced in the US. I think you can still get them in the other calibers in Europe. Numrich in the US has parts and mags for the most part.

The 9mm mags are not very common. So yes, they are harder to find. There seems to be a better selection of them down in the US. Never had any problems getting them sent up here.

For accuracy, I have never used a benchrest of any sort, so all I can say is that I was quite happy with what I ended up with.

For IPSC, no this would not be the best. I don't think you would be able to compete as aggressively with less rounds in the mags and having to change mags more frequently.

But for an all round, take her to the range and have a great day? I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

Mags? how hard are they to get? 9mm on top, 45's below.

A very cool member is willing to let me try out his 220 9mm, so we'll see if i actually like the smaller grip or not. Like i said in my previous post i own both a P226 in 9mm and .40S&W. I don't have the biggest hands in the world but find the bigger grips work fine for me. You never know though, the smaller ones may work out even better. Will hopefully be able to make a decision after a test drive. The truth is that i'm actually leaning more towards a SP01 now because it would be more suitable for IPSC, something i know i will get into sooner or later. Thanks for sharing all your input and experiences guys.:dancingbanana:
