Decoy paint?

try Krylon maybe? It will stick to alot of plastics, but not all. Unless they are wood then use regular oil based paint.

Is there really a special paint for decoys? Or could you use exterior flat enamel/latex? I have heard that some guys will just use white plastic bags... are the geese that picky?

I ask because I admittedly don't know much about snow geese and decoy hunting.

Waterproof after curing

It is called Traditions paint and I have seen dealers in the east sell it but I bring mine in from carving companies in the US as we use it on hand carved wooden dekes. For snows you would only need white and some black to gray (shadow) some areas unless you want to get into the highlight and shadow effects in which case you will need yellow and purple as well.
