The buck in the moonlight is outstanding! I hope it has enough pixels that you could make a good print of about 8x10. It should be entered in a good photo competition, or be on display.

Not really worth hunting over here. They only opened up a Turkey season last year, and its only 4 days long, and you can only hunt them from morning to 12noon. Then there is the nutty Turkey course you have to take ($60) and you can only hunt Toms, no hens. Your only allowed one turkey, which if you get one, you have to go register like you would a deer or moose, which I am guessing will cost $5 like it does for deer. So that first turkey would be pretty expensive in my opinion.

I really have to get a trail cam for my cottage. I'd like to see what goes on when I'm not there. People who live around my place all year say they have seen all kinds of dear and bear.

I have only see the ass end of a dear walking into the brush as I was driving down the road, and have only seen bear at the local dump.

I don't even know if there are turkeys in my area - about 40 KMs NW of Kingston on Sharbot Lake.

There are plenty of wild turkey in the Lanark Highlands where I hunt, which is just a few miles North of Sharbot lake.
