I'm just wondering if anybody knows of someone that will cut and wrap your deer for you in SW Ontario, preferably in the London- Woodstock area. It's not a job I would care to tackle myself.
Since I watched that Outdoor Edge "Skinning and de-boning in the field" video I've been doing my own, and have never looked back. Like anything else,, once you know how, theres nothing to it,
^Just as ThinBluLine says, if one has a private place to hang a gutted deer and some clean table space to cut&wrap, there is lots of youtube videos on this very subject to educate the novice.
