Deer Controlled Hunt Question

I have 2 Questions?
1--Can a Hunter Hunt with someone who do not carry any firearm and do not have a Hunting Licence just to show him the Art of Hunting?

2--If a Hunter can hunt in som other Control hunt area aside from his Control Hunt area if going out with another hunter who has Control Hunt Tag of that area. I mean Hunter 1 with Control Hunt Tag A can hunt in control Hunt Tag B area with another Hunter 2 who has control hunt tag for Area B?

#1 yes in AB
In Ab some of our tags are specific to areas. Your controlled hunt areas would be the same as our WMU's (wildlife managements units) If my moose tag says valid for WMU 528 and I am hunting in WMU 527 I sure better have a general deer tag, or a chicken tag, or a bear tag to keep the moose tag company. Can't see why Ontario would be any different.

Not 100% sure on the first one but I would have to say no as they are participating in the hunt, EG. if you were to sit at one end of a bush and have them push the bush to you that would be a big no no.
As for ? #2 NO you can only hunt in the controlled area you applied for IF you where successful in the draw.

For 1 only if they are watching,if they take part in anyway by pushing or calling then they are hunting.

2,same thing you need a tag for where you are hunting,you can go with said person providing you are not participating in the hunt.
