Got a good recipe? I've been trying to duplicate the South African flavor, but it isn't going well.... Either too much vinegar....or too salty....or too much coriander....just can't seem to nail it down.

I shot one yesterday here in Northern Alberta with a .30-06 at about 150 yards. It was a big doe! The round hit her in the spine and broke her back. She went down like a sack of potatoes. I then walked up to her and gave her the head shot to finish her off.
