Any Manitobans familiar with Gypsumville, particularly the area near Dauphin River. How the Deer hunting in those parts?

If so, send me a PM.

The region east of Gypsumville is all heavy bush and lowland. I've seen deer out that way, more near Gypsumville than east at Anama Bay. Better areas for chasing deer IMHO

I been in there before and there are alot of deer in there. but they are hunted from about july thru to feb. Alot of thick brush, swampy low lying, wet terrain. Closer to Gypsumville would be better as there is farmland around there.

Relatively low numbers but a buck stands a good chance at living to maturity there. Haven't a winterkill in years too.

The fringe land between farm and forest is where it's at.

Good chance at a Timber Woof there too.;)
