Deer hoist

Thanks man - recipe compliments of IronNoggin - check recipes on HuntBC - I think its call Sawmill creek bacon... heavy on the sugar and light on the salt. I added more salt to the brine the second batch I did but otherwise followed his recipe as posted. By the way, you will see pics of some hogs I raised for him and his mates. Happy piggles :)
