Deer in rut in Northern Ontario???

just finished a hunt where i was down to a tshirt while at my stand.first time i ever could do that.lots of scrapes and rubs but no deer sights
 
With those temps dropping fast you'd better be in the woods this wknd. The rut will bust wide open this coming wknd for Northern Ont and should last through the rutting moon (Nov23rd) - I can't wait!
 
Just got back from SW Manitoba.
Hunted all last week and saw a few bucks sniffing the ground.
The rut has started there, north of the 49th.
I didnt see bucks tending does, but twice, and we kicked up a lot of deer without bucks in the mix.
The bucks were still generally alone, So Im thinking the rut is starting to get serious about now.
