Use to get some made in Ottawa on the market, butcher shop they made fabulous ones but they are out of business anyone have one to recommend in Ottawa area

How far from Ottawa are you willing to go?...... if willing to travel 45 minutes to drop off I can recommend someone good..... will even meet you there and give you a sample of what you can look forward to....

I can't stand peperettes, so I couldn't recommend any unfortunately.

Ulrich's in Pembroke make dandy deer pepperettes, a bit of a drive from Ottawa but worth it.

I also used to go on the market until they closed and now I go to Adams sausage on michael street. They make excellent pepperettes and sausage.

i tried their pork sausage and it was excellent. was going to bring my deer meat there last year but she wanted me to hold on to it for a week even after telling her it was in the fridge. I didn't want the meat sitting that long.

I just dropped off our camp venison this weekend and the turn around should be a week. We debone and freeze the meat before bringing it in. They won't take any meat that has bones in it
