Deer Rubs or Moose?

I'm hunting this quarter section and I have a general white tail tag to fill. I'm seeing moose and deer signs. I found fresh rubs, the tallest one reaching about 6.5 feet tall. I'm pretty sure they're deer but I also want to make sure I'm not chasing down a moose I don't have a tag for. The land owner also tells me there's mule deer in the area, again I have no tag for that.

Pictures are below. Please let me know what you think it is, deer or moose, white tail or mule deer.

Yup... moose stripping bark with their teeth... I have watched them do it... the marks will usually be at a bit of an angle as they hold their heads slightly tilted to get at the trunk.
