Made corned beef with deer tongue. Quite a bit of work for 3 sandwiches, but I'll collect all the tongues I can next year.
How to make it:
Remove and wash tongue(s)
Cover with sal####er
Add pickling spice (lots)
Place in the fridge and wait
Boil
Remove skin, slice and enjoy.
