Defensive Edge angle/cosine indicator ring caps for nightforce mounts

I've mounted dozens of scopes, and while I might not be an F Class, or BR shooter, I use the top of the receiver as my starting point to making sure my scopes are level when I mount them. And that's worked out just fine for me. lets hear how you level a scope and not take into account the receiver. are we using bases and mounts that allow for you to shift the scope left or right to account for misaligned screw holes, twisted receivers etc?
