in the hunting regs it says that a persons daily limit for ducks is 8 but his possetion is 16.what does that mean is that how many he can have in a truck or is that the most one can have in there freezer?

The possession limit is the most that you can have reguardless of where they are.That includes your truck and your freezer.

It means it's time to fire up the BBQ and get eatin so you can kill more ducks!

It means you can shoot a max of 8 ducks a day, only have a max of 16 in your possession be it your freezer, truck etc. Also watch some ducks your only allowed like 2.

Yes, like already said 'possession' means how many you have period, regardless of where they are (unless you've eaten them or given them away)
