I'm planning to install a Tapco intrafuse stock on my SKS (well still on a Canpar truck somewhere :)) and I've seen comments that the pin is hard to take out. Does anyone with a CanadaAmmo SKS gone through this process?
If it's too hard, I don't wanna risk messing up the original parts and would rather get the Tapco SKS6632 SKS Gas Tube with Handguard instead.

Thanks in advance!

Pick up a pin punch set and knock it out with that. Also a small ball peen hammer as well. I held the gas tube in a small Dremel hobby vice when I did mine. I wish I left my sks original after the fact, but I can shoot better with it now. Not so easy to bump fire.

The Chinese SKS's have their pins flared in place and ground down. The easiest way is to drill out the end of the pin to remove the flare. A 3/32" to 1/8" bit will work then the pin drifts out easily with a pin punch.
