Del Ton Rifle kit 20' retro

I am building a retro style rifle and would like to source a Del ton retro rifle kit 20'. It shows up on the US site. Is it possible to get a quote for this? And can you import it into Canada? This is just the upper and lower parts with buttstock assembly without the stripped lower receiver.
