With the imr3031 id start with 39gr and work upto 43gr
And with the irm4064 id start with 42.5gr and work upto 47gr

Hodgdon reloading. Not same bullet but jacked 150gr. And it has 2 bullet options so start with the lower powder charge

Word of caution.
This bullet is designed for .30-30 velocities so will likely have core jacket separation on animals if used at close ranges at .308 velocities.
If you plan on hunting with this bullet keep it around 2500fps max and you'll do all right. Or if your shots are going to be 100yds plus it might perform ok faster.
