Sorry, I also had to "order" Minor's Permit applications 3 x over the last 5 yrs. First one-initial application at 13 yrs good for 3 yrs $30, 2nd one-remove the supervision condition at 16 yrs of age free, Third one-renew expired minor's licence 17 to 18 yrs of age free. At that time the new PAL application will have a cost. No renewal notices for Minor's Permit as well. You are right, there are no PDF's on RCMP website. You must call the CFC.
