The regular Carcano enbloc clip can be used. If you load singly by putting a round into the chamber, there is a danger of breaking an extractor. Otherwise, you have a very nice short and light rifle that is capable of taking a Deer or smaller animal. Lots of fun for plinking and cheap on ammo. My rebarreled Cooey Carcano has the double set triggers and they work all right.

You might want to put a small plate over the hole in the bottom of the floor plate that the clip drops through when empty. Clips tend to get lost and are getting a bit difficult to find.
 
@buffdog: Carcano extractors, if I am not mistaken, are designed to snap over, though I agree it does stress the extractor a bit more to do so. Not as bad as, say, on a M95M though.
