Well I can't answer your question totally hopefully I can offer a bit of "help". I cast a bunch of 115 (Lyman mold but Lee offers an identical mold at a very attractive price) gr this past winter with the intension of using them in my carbine. their all sized, PC'd and ready to go...then health problems really slowed up my shooting program for the summer so there they sit "all dressed up and no place to go".

I have previously done a quite a bit of "testing" with J-word 110-115 round nosed soft point and suspect the WW cast PC'd boolits will work as well. Don't remember the load recipe off hand, just that I used IMR 4227,started low and increased until I had a velocity that would work the action consistently, a little over 1700 fps. I may have a concern using a cast/lubed boolit at that velocity leading and gumming up the gas system, hence the PC'ing being done to them.

Years ago I had a really nice IBM carbine with 19" barrel. My son who was in his early teens loved shooting it. Bullet was the 115-120 gr RCBS RN sized 309. WW plus 2% tin and water quenched. Powder was H4427. Exact amount I don't remember. He shot up literally 100's of this load. No problems what soever and the load shot as well as jacketed bullets.
