Well 96lbs lead for 4lbs pewter is that same percent. So cut that in half and thats 48lbs of lead for your 2lbs of pewter.

Are you using wheel weights? There is about 1 % tin in there already....so would only need to add about 2 %

Any zinc that gets into the lead/antimony/tin alloy will render it unusable for cast bullets.

The lead is from cast ??? sewage joints . not sure if that is pure lead. Not WW.

Sewage joints are a crap shoot depending on what solder they used. Generally it would be 50/50 solder so you would have tin in the mix already.

I would start out at adding 2% and see what the fill out is like. If bullet is right diameter and lube grooves are sharp no need to add more.

I just picked up two buckets of wheel weights from a local garage last week for $20 each, I've so far cast 63 pounds of COWW ingots and it's MAYBE 1/5th of the total lead I got from that score. I'm happy with the price I paid vs what I got in good lead.

if you look around you can get some good deals on ww in nova scotia as there seems to be a bit around.

You might consider using something bigger than a 10 lb pot...you can get a cast iron dutch oven from wally world and a turkey fryer from CT on sale. That will hold 80 lbs easy, blends the alloy better, is way quicker dealing with all the clips and dross. Make sure the fryer stand will hold the weight and do it outdoors. Get a mini muffin tin from the dollar store for ingot mold.
