They are an awesome platform for the money and are a very capable cross-over type of rifle (hence the name) for both hunting and long-range precision - especially in the 6.5 CM chambering. I have the 6.5 CM and for a rack-grade rifle it is exceptionally accurate, as in sub-MOA accurate out to 800m (the extent of my local range). Accurate, reliable, lightweight, folding stock locks up drum-tight, excellent trigger, etc, etc You are going to like it very much.
I topped mine with a Vortex Razor AMG, which is Vortex's cross-over Lightweight Hunting and Precision Long Range Scope. It is an excellent optic, ideally suited to the SIG Cross rifle. Lightwieght, but able to fully exploit the Cross's long-range capablility with its 6-24x magnification.

X2 above, I have vortex LHT 4-22 on mine. It's light and I find it great to shoot offhand as well. The only cons I see is that the aluminum can get cold if you're hunting with it (rail covers help with that) and some gents on the forum mentioned snow getting into the rear of the receiver and causing issues with the trigger.

Awesome glad to hear it is a quality little unit, I handled one at the gunstore about a month ago and it was light and felt good but hearing first hand experiences is hard to beat.

There is a bit of a technique to folding the Buttstock. First and foremost is the button on top of the Stock hinge, which must be fully depressed. Then, while holding down the Button, you need to pull upwards on the Buttstock itself. The "Trick" if you will, is to grasp the Buttstock as close to the hinge as possible when you go to exert the upwards pressure to unlock the Buttstock. If you don't lift right at the hinge, you will torgue the buttstock and lock it up via friction. Do it right at the hinge and lift straight upwards while holding down the button and you should be good to go. Remember - it folds to the Right side to lock the Bolt Handle.

The stock is tricky as Bartok said rock solid lock up my technique is left hand on grip pulling down at the same time my right hand grasped tight around the mechanism in my quick movement push left down and right up will pushing the button if that makes sense.

I really like mine. I will likely re-ring it at some point and I need to file some bolts for the M-LOK angled foregrip, but it's very compact and handy for sure. I topped mine with an older Strike Eagle 4-24x50mm. Haven't hunted with it yet, it was "third on deck" last year for bears but I ended up taking mine on day two. It shoots the 156gr Sako loads nicely, and also seems pretty accurate all-around.
