Albayo- You have a late (late-1 piece handguard, no barrel mounted sight, late milled bridge) Mk II**, if the receiver is blued and there is a serial number on the left side of the chamber, it's a Commercial Target rifle. They had a heavy barrel, actually the same barrel that was used on the Mk III rifle. That was the best rifle Ross ever made, they were hot stuff at Bisley a hundred years ago.
The early 1905/MkII series were called the Short Rifle, they had a thinner, shorter barrel. This is the Long Rifle if I'm not mistaken.
Sadly, it looks like the barrel has been shortened. It should be 30.5" long. If so that kills the collector value. Still, it is what it is and is worth more than a Bubbaed short rifle to those who know what it is.
