Each pistol is individually packaged and looked over at the factory before they are shipped out. I'm calling bs on all their shipments having the same problem. Worst case scenario you need to order yourself a new backstrap, I would ask for a different backstrap from your dealer that you purchased the pistol from.
 
I'd be pretty upset if I had spent HK money and didn't get everything that should come with it. You should get what you paid for.
 
Yeah, I think I would want a full refund if the dealer couldnt fix the problem. You paid for a gun with a specific feature, and you didnt get the gun you ordered.
 
If it was sold as a new pistol at new pistol prices , and a backstrap was missing.......then there should be a discount if they cannot get the right backstrap for you........just my two cents worth , and we all know what two cents are worth these days....lol
 
Ugh that 's not good. I'm waiting to pick up my green full size that just came in at Wanstalls. Will be choked if mine has the same problem....

He did get what he paid for... the HK logo on the gun. lol.

Funny they took their time to send you a reply but they could've just toss the stupid piece of plastic in an envelope.
