Demon Tactical Quick Pin for ar 15

If a QM holder tells me something doesn't do anything to help my rifle I'd be inclined to listen - but that's just me.

This is funny because it was on the recommendation of a multiple QM holder that the CF bought the accuwedge for all their rifles in the first place.

I completely agree that it isn't necessary but if the OP wants one then so be it. A free float rail isn't necessary and is the biggest waste of money going but that doesn't stop most on here from getting one.

ETA: Not trying to say that the Accuwedge is a good piece of kit. Just saying that opinions on things vary wildly, even among QM winners.

A friend had an extra accuwedge and gave it to me and... I really like it. I never had that much play but for free i'll try it. I can still pull the take down pins out with my fingers so its not super tight just a shim really. If your worrying about it ruining your take down pin, I doubt it will but instead of having a case sticking off the side of your gun you might be better served to pick up an extra take down pin if that will ease your mind. And if itever does wear it out and I doubt it, your good to go.

The US Army and National Guard Marksmanship Units say the Accuwedge is a waste of time, hell they have glued and welded upper to lower looking for improvements and found nothing but hassles (interesting what you can find out when drinking with their armourers).

The hardened steel pin does not wear the aluminum recievers do.
