I see one big dent and what looks like small wrinkles also on the shoulder from reforming the shoulder. I would do what Dogleg stated in his posting and back off the die. I would also compare a fired case side by side with a sized case and see how much the shoulder dimensions are changing. It may just be a excess buildup of lube in the dies shoulder area so make sure the vent hole is open
Clean the die and wipe the case shoulder and neck off after lubing before sizing. And remember sizing will force any excess lube on the case body upward and onto the shoulder area.
