Thanks for the good word... Initially I tried the routine of removing the decapping pin, but apparently the die resizes more consistently with the pin in. Some sized tighter than others, bullet seating was inconsistent. I will try decapping slowly, and I will make sure I am 10 km away from built up areas...

If all you want to do is resize the necks, you don't need to remove the decap pin. Just unscrew the rod until the pin is no longer visible below the base of the die and it won't contact the primer.
