The barrel stamp says 2 3/4" but all the mags say 3" and the book says the 9+1 mag take 3" but the 2+1 mags only take 2 3/4" or vice versa.....so what is it? I dont want to throw in 3" if there is no room for them? Anyone......

same here....manual says the 2+1 and 5 round mags take both 2.75 and 3 ...the 10 only takes 2 3/4......also, no description of which chokes are what size and what the thread pattern is ...

mine all mags work with 3"
CRAZY Fun to shoot!lol!!
break in takes anywhere from 50-200 rounds depending on ammo
i recommend get some 3" magnum and shoot at least 25 rounds of that before you shoot any light target loads.
I would post a link to a youtube video i made about it , but it has a shout out to another dealer i got it from.

I have a bunch of HV 3" that I want to break it in with. Just wanted to make sure because of all the contradicting info. Also, I took out the set screw and torque bolt that holds on the fixed butt stock and want to put in the folding attachment but it doesnt seem to want to come off.... anyone do this yet either?

Ya thats right about the chokes....they are marked with dashes but no legend as to what they are? I will have to ask O'Dell Engineering as they are the ones that imported them and distributed them to all the retailers. Ive asked them about the 3" question but no reply.

JUst got this back from the importer, O'Dell Engineering

Thanks for the message Joel. The manufacturer has stamped the new barrels as 2 3/4" only for feeding reliability. If you check the barrel chamber (and be sure to check yours) you will probably find it is bored for 3", I know my personal gun is. That said the 3" has always been problematic in the larger magazines, they just seem to drag enough to cause issues. The 9 rounder is reputed to be a real pain, of course we don't have them here. So, long story short, use 2 3/4" shells, minimum 1 1/8 oz loads and enjoy your Mk 10. If you want to hunt and need 3" check the chamber and carefully, if it measures out properly for 3" (so about 3 1/4" - 3 1/2" to the START of the forcing cone) then try one and see how it cycles. Your 2 shot magazine should work okay, mine does. I hope this helps.
