Hey guys

I'm looking at the above mentioned shotguns. Read most of the posts on here and they both seem pretty good. I've only handled the Derya at a local store but they don't have the Kommando.
Anyone tried both? I'd like to hear some thoughts on why one would be better than the other. Right now I'm leaning towards the Derya simply because it's mag fed.

Thanks
John

Derya is well made and will put a smile on your face. They seem to need a heavier load for break in (50 to 100 rds). Mine was shooting target loads with ease after 40 rounds of 00 buck for break in. Fun gun and mines been super reliable.

Would certainly recommend and some good prices on EE if you have time to wait for the right one.

I own both and they both work great. Two completely different systems, the P4 is very similar to the Benelli M4 I owned a few years back right down to the angle cuts on the gas piston flanges. That said, the Derya like a more modern system because of the detachable magazines which make it much, much faster to reload and more “rifle like”. I love both but if I had to choose I’d go with the Derya just by a very small margin.

Thanks for the replies. Tenring, I was hoping someone who had one of each would answer, Thank You. Good points all round. I was in love with a restricted Benelli M4 with a 14" barrel but my thoughts were along the line of buy one of each!! 1newgunnut, I'm in the same boat as you!! Wife might not catch it coming in but a new gun case on the way to the range eventually will get noticed!!

You can’t go wrong with one of each lol if you can swing it. Two completely different systems so they each scratch a different itch. I still miss my M4 Entry but as blasphemous as this may sound I honestly think of my P4 as a Benelli, especially after you take it apart and check out the build quality. Plus the year warranty gives you peace of mind. And if both guns go t*ts up someday I can say I had a helluva time with ‘em :)

My buddy has the derya and I have the komando . The derya is definitely cool but would you rather a derya mk12 or a benelli m4 because that’s essentially what ur comparing
