Derya tm22 photos

I did that. Long hand guard. Replaced barrel. Cut down and belt sanded hand guard. Worked great.
I ended up buying one from tommey enterprises since he makes them for pretty cheap. Havent put it all together yet tho. Might also wait for dlask to make the short handguards too.

my current set up, 10” barrel, 3d printed handguard and a ctr stock I had lying around. Pretty much a mish mash of spare parts. Project started but never fully completed was an adapter block for a Zukhov stock.

One of our club members was shooting one of these today. It was an exercise in frustration for him. Repeated jams & light primer strikes.
Yep I’ve been having the same issues even after I had mine sent in as well for warranty repair

The TM22 is my godson's favourite rifle.

I installed a Dlask AR15 flash hider (thanks Leigh) and put a Sig Sauer Romeo5 2moa red dot on it.

Brownr - I found this on reddit with a google search for "derya tm22 ftf issue" . Have you tried different recoil springs? 'Stronger' can be done with adding spacers to make it 'tighter'. Weaker you would need to cut a bit off. Just some guesses. Looks like many have this prob with TMs.

My son and my grandson have the tm22 feather and I have the Tm22A18 (all metal) . All three had issues out of the box with failure to pick up the next round out of the mag. I cut about 5/16” - 3/8 off the length of the recoil spring and have had no more issues. No matter what ammo we used we had that issue. Now they run very reliably. As a matter of fact my son and grandson shoot their’s monthly in our local steel challenge matches. "

"Re: Derya TM22 #23 by Barzor » Sun Feb 09, 2025 2:29 am Just came back from range first time shooting. I’m getting MOA at 100 yards but not trying to hard also was using RWS rifle match. There was some failure to fire about 3 in 40 shots. I have done the drill and thread the hand guard mod. I have 10/22 subsonic springs. And have Dlask barrel. Makes for awesome package. Just for some tips us a bronze brush bend in L shape then with bolt open go back and forth in the chamber. Gunk gets caught there and impedes the cycling. I forgot to bring when I was at range. This helps %100 with FTF. I have done this with my 10/22 and no issues. 22 is very dirty and also the match ammo has wax. Looking for semi auto match ammo now. "

And one more, really long post so just the link ->

Yes I did also find that in my google searching as well but I don’t wanna cut the springs or anything of such as it will void my warranty. I’ve reached out to the warranty people at Odell engineering so hopefully they’ll get back to me asap and I can send it back and they can get it fixed I’m assuming they would need to replace everything inside the rifle as the small amount of machine work he did hasn’t helped the matters

I bought a tm22 a couple years ago and with my son we swapped a few parts out til we both liked it. It shoots 3/4" groups at 50 with a bipod without effort with eley or sk. That accuracy is all I want out of it, it was never meant to be a benchrest rifle. It's for shwacking gophers.
