I know the diameter of a 44 mag and 10 mm and .40 ar the same for reloading correct me if i m wrong,and we shoot a glock 20 with .40 ammo without any probs about 50 shots,as anybody tried 10 mm in 44 mag desert eagle ???

Diameter of a .44Mag bullet is .429-.430 with 1.285 case length.

Diameter of a 10mm is .400-.401 with a .992 case length.

Most defintely NOT interchangable. A 10mm round in a DE .44Mag chamber would fall right through the length of the barrel, case and all.....
 
You can not shoot 10mm in a 44mag. Also the desert eagle is very ammo sensitive and will even have issues with weaker 44mag ammo.
