I think there are quite a few of us in Canada with Desert Eagles, so let's start a thread and showcase our Israeli/American beauties.

My first, Tiger Stripe .50 AE XIX.

That's the way I looked at it, until I caught the bug and wanted to get a .44 barrel. I figured I'd just wait on the EE for one, but a complete pistol showed up and I went for it. The .44 is for fun and the .50 I break out when there's the need for showing off! Now I'm looking for an early Mark 1 in .357 just to complete the trifecta.

By the way, the gold tiger stripe isn't actually gold. A lot of people think it's gold plated, but it's just a TiN coating done with just the right amount of polish. Probably much more durable than gold plating anyway.

They are super grippy. It's like a fish scale. It makes the gun much easier to shoot and handle because it sticks to your hand. Highly recommended.
