Desert Eagles and Cops...

oh man.. the last part of that vid had me laughing out loud. That gangsta gat brings out the hitman in everyone I guess.

Even the Kim Jong-Ill puppet in "Team America World Police" carried a stainless Eagle. And it doesn't get anymore gangsta than KJI :D

Totally!, Haha, after I watched it I wish I would have turned the Gun sideways to make it even more Gangsta.

Most of 'em are like that with any non-issue handgun. Most of 'em have never seen any non-issue firearm. Most of 'em never saw any real firearm outside of movies and TV prior to being hired. Usually a good bunch of guys though.

I have been thinking about those for a while and I am getting to the point of wanting one so bad..... where can these be bought ?? I want a .44 !!!!

Nice of the cops acting like any common folk, not that I should be surprised but I am !

Should have done the neighborly thing and let them shoot it.....
You know building bridges, public relations and all that stuff....
Nice gun by the way.

For sure, they were a good bunch of guys. I did actually offer to let the first guy try it and he declined - off camera. I always think its a good gesture to let interested parties try your guns. I have been able to try out some really nice Kimbers and Para's at the Range. - The only problem is then you want one!

I came close to selling mine. I'm happy it didn't sell. You don't get anything close to what you pay for them new. More so then any other pistol I've owned. Just as well because nothing compares. Big boom, big smiles! Anyone who hasn't tried one should.

I love letting people shoot my pistols and then take it back from them using a rag, gingerly ensuring not to get finger prints on it and mumbling in a satisfied tone 'great, I'll save those for latter'....:D

Hahahaha... I thought I was the only one!

Me (with HK USP Compact Tac in .45 ACP): "Hey, when you guys are done with the range guns, want to try this one?"

Guy: "Sure - thanks, man!"

His Girlfriend: "Yeah, that'd be great... sounds loud though?"

Me: "Naw, it handles fine - how about you just shoot one round, then if you want more I'll load up the rest of the mag for you?"

Girlfriend: "Okay!"

Guy: "Seriously, thanks man!"

(Guy shoots, girlfriend shoots one and wants the rest of the mag)

Them: "Thanks!"

Me: (taking back gun and clearing/casing the firearm) "No problem - never hurts to have a second set of prints on a weapon."

Naturally, we all had a good natured laugh... then I stopped abruptly and switched to the shifty eyes... which brought on more laughter from all of us.

Good ol' range humor.
