From what I have been able to find on the interweb there are only a couple of real "issues" that we need to be concerned with.
One seems to be a complaint about ejection. Like most bolt actions you need to work the bolt with a little authority. If you limp wrist the bolt you'll wind up having extraction/ejection issues with most bolt actions.
They did a recall because they seem to have had a heat treating issue with a batch of strikers. Pretty limited numbers here, so I don't see this as being a real issue.
Most of the issues that I seem to see on the interweb are connected to the MDR. Given that it has always been prohib up here, and there are none in the country, I don't see that as a concern.
I did see the odd mention of issues with the HTI, although nothing specific. Again, thanks to Captain Happy Socks, I believe that these are also on the prohib list, so it shouldn't present a problem.
Personally, mine has always worked great, once I got used to working the bolt on a Bulpup. If I have one issue with it, it would be the fact that it is boringly accurate and dependable.
Took it to RFMA a couple weeks back, and it performed flawlessly. Met or exceeded any expectations that I had for it.
