Detachable Magazines - How many do you have?

I recently received my VBull DM sytem and it is sweet! I am getting another for my .338 LM build. I noticed that it only has 1 mag (10 Rdr) and it doesn't seem right considering that the Black rifle guys all seem to have tons of mags. So my question is how many mags you running for your boltgun and where you getting them from? So far for me - Mag Ct = 1

I don't shoot a semi... I take my time between shots, so I'm in no hurry to pop in another DM. Besides, it lets the barrel cool of a bit when reloading.

I use a Rem 7600 and carry 2 mags when hunting. I walk a long way, so I figure why not bring some extra ammo? The most I've ever fired was 3 of the 4 in one mag though.

I only have one mag for my Tikka T3, but hell, Ive had the thing for less than a week...The price tag on them doesn't have me looking forward to buying another either.

I might just have to buy a shell holder that straps to the butt-stock and go single shot after my 4 shots.

originaly had 2 mags for my savage 110 ( one factory and one aftermarket)....but the ####ty after market one didnt fit snug, it would fall out everytime i shot the rifle, which was very frustrating. Anyways long story short.. i was pushin bush for a buddy and when i reached the other side the mag was gone so i assume i bumped it on a tree or somthin and it fell out. luckly i had my good factory one

Mags can #### the bed so extras are good (though I've yet to have it happen with an AI mag). Also, I have 5's and 10's, the 5's are more comfortable for certain kinds of positional shooting.

I agree on mags failing I have 5 x 10 shot mags for my rifle
